A man got angry at his wife after she took a bite out of his grilled cheese sandwhich without permission

 

She called police which then interrogated him for 3 hours. He was not allowed to own any guns due to past problems with the law

 

The shots missed the wife however. Its unclear whether he was trying to actually hit her or merely scare her.
