Dancing In Circles is about how they'd broken up and her trying to find solace in self-loving. Perfect Illusion is her coming to terms with the idea that it was never true love and she needs to move on. Million Reasons is her mourning period of realising that the relationship is almost over. Sinner's Prayer begins with her going home to tell her family that they've broken up. And at the very end, Just Another Day is her reminicising on the highs of their relationship and how she got over all the little problems. People are saying that because the song is called Diamond Heart and their engagement ring was a diamond heart. Gaga is very precise about her lyrics, she wouldn't make it Diamond Heart for no reason. I think that none of them are about one certain instance, it's all more of an analysis of what she has gone through and has seen, up to this point in her life. It's not that Diamond Heart is "about" Taylor per se, but rather inspired by the diamond heart shaped engagement ring he got her. And one could assume, what she is saying is that after everything, she's got her happily ever after, she got her diamond heart, an engagement ring and a man who loves her enough to marry her and accept her after everything she's been through.
