I'm absolutely shocked and outraged

How dare they ruin something so precious and completely irreplaceable?

No one is overreacting though :oprah:

OT: It's just straight up disrespectful to vandalize something like that, Walk of Fame stars, public property or otherwise. Like...why? Political reasons like graffiti perhaps I might support, but if it's just insulting someone for no good reason...

No one is overreacting, and it's not the question mark that is "offensive" - if people even find this offensive.

It's the act of vandalism that's disrespectful.

Seems a bit much. Celebrities have gone through worse and haven't had this happen. Maybe that's why it's not such a good idea to get a star. You have to pay for the maintenance of it, so if it gets vandalised or accidentially damaged, you have to pay for it, along with general maintenance. If you're someone who's a bit controversial or if you go through a scandal, vandalism may happen frequently and you'll always be paying for it. Apparently Madonna won't get a star because she's not interested in paying for the upkeep, it's not that she's never been asked.

The question mark is kind of funny bc of "I don't know her" :laughga:

But yes, she doesn't deserve this
