Gaga was on a 'break' when most of her peers grew on streaming services and Youtube / Vevo. 

Maybe now she's in the middle of an era that is not appealing enough to bring new people ? Just a guess..

This x100. She was inactive during the rise of streaming and online platforms, and thus her subscribers are fewer.
