Xoxo Adriana 15,040
14 hours ago, Sure Joanne said: i couldn't disagree more lol if anything BTW was a copy of TFM, in fact Judas was intentionally made based on the same song structure as Bad Romance and the album had at least one TFM outtake. Not that it's a bad thing that the two albums were similar, cause it worked at the time. ARTPOP is hardly similar to any of her work. Although in essence it is the peak of the "crazy gaga" as we knew her back then it's also very different, all the way down to the contrasting color scheme choices and minimalistic props. I completely understand because my comment was a joke I couldn't agree more with you!
SlaeUrAnus 16,013
At the end of BTW she was overexposed and the GP (and some fans) were becoming more negative towards her. Once she was touring in 2012 without the release of new music, other artists took the spotlight and she was pushed down the line. Then Applause came out and was not relatable compared to her previous singles. The era was too try hard and pretentious, and Gaga's messy attitude, promotion and Troy ruined what could have been a great era. In my messy era.
