Why wasn't there an explicit version of Born This Way?

Born This Way isn't censored. Listen to Scheiße or the stems / filters of Government Hooker. All of the "censoring" is intentional.

You can pick up the uncensored physical  version across Europe 😁 I've found it in the U.K. anyway.
