The truth is both were promotional singles until MR rose up on ITunes so she did it on Carpool Karaoke. Gaga wanted AYO so she changed, then MR again because it was clearly the best

Nope. I have a friend who was working on the shoot for the Apple Music commercial. The Million Reasons video was already shot at that point and they recreated the set for the commercial.
