Good music and visuals are not mutually exclusive from bad/poor management or indecision. Gaga continues to display her talent. But until she herself determines what she really wants to achieve, then she and her team will continue to make confused decisions and last minute changes that show lack of focus--the same lack of focus that dragged ARTPOP down.

When a person is indecisive, that said person is easily swayed by criticisms. She sets up her own vulnerability. The critics and haters are there, but not being able to stand by your word and work gives those haters a chance, an opening to further attack you.

Whatever causes her to second guess herself. We've seen over the years that things tend to go better for Gaga when they are planned out extensively. When she backtracks and second guesses herself, that's when things tend to get messy.

Yes, you're right, you did digress. I never said the others weren't real threats to her. I just think her greatest enemy is herself and this is an adage applicable to pretty much everyone--not just Gaga. Ever heard of "the only person you should beat is who you were yesterday" or the likes? Don't take it too personally.

This! I think maybe her anxiety or other issues play a role in this. I have suffered from anxiety most of my life up until like last year. Now I have it under control but when it was bad I would second guess EVERYTHING it ruins so many things in your life.  I could be wrong but just a thought.?
