This.  Not just "of late", tho.

Gaga tells her fans they have greatness within them.  Gaga says that no matter what anyone else says or does to you, she believes in you.  Gaga teaches that every person deserves love, kindness, and respect.  In return, fans give her insults and rudeness.

People who don't like her work atm, when choosing their words for their suggestions for improvement, might consider that Gaga is a person, and that she, too, deserves love, kindness, and respect.

Take a look at the Paparazzi VMA performance, the FAME ad campaign, and the G.U.Y. music video. These are clearly high points in her audiovisual work. 

We can only imagine how other extensively-planned out projects would've looked if they hadn't changed: original TEOG music video, original Applause VMA performance, original Grammy INTELXGAGA performance, original LG5 (maybe I should stop right here ).

This is not intended to criticize what we got but rather to point out that, when it comes to Gaga, the original ideas may often surpass their modified results.
