Did Joanne need a deluxe version?

My judgement may be clouded by the fact that GG and JAD are my two least favourites on the album, but does anyone else feel that the deluxe version kinda waters it down in a way? It actually decreases the quality of the album IMO, and it also decreases the individuality of the first eleven songs, as JAD is just a rehash of CTM and GG is just another ballad kind of song, and has a similar theme to Hey Girl.

What do you guys think?

i think it was just something the label demanding and gaga was like "yeah sure"

I think deluxe edition should have remixes or work tapes like Making Joanne series. JAD and GG should just be in the standard version

No, I think all of the songs could've been included in one standard version.

Lose control. Let go and fall. Do you get the satisfaction?

Probably not, but I think a deluxe version somehow allowed Gaga to work on extra songs until last minute, so that's why there's one.

More like did the Deluxe Track, Just Another Day, need Joanne? Because its better than all the songs on there except for Diamond Heart

I root for you. I love you. You, you, you, you.

Sure, otherwise we probably wouldn't have gotten GG and JAD.  She could've replaced the AD work tape though, its inclusion is just unnecessary :neyde:
