I mean I'm 25 and I look awfully different from when I was 22... Lip fillers are obvious because they change her face in a minute, but other changes to her facial features are just a part of aging. She also keeps changing makeup and hairstyles, which help to give the (perfect) illusion of different facial features. The only thing that's changed is my hair and facial hair.. people don't usually experience drastic, noticeable changes to their face until their mid-late 30s and early 40s. I'm also a smoker, drinker, and I have above average sun exposure (all these things are supposed to age someone faster). Gagas face is definatelty a product of cosmetic alterations.
