Nino 12
Joanne used less of other people's music and more of her own creativity so that. It also had immediately accessible but deeply touching lyrics and was a huge leap forward for her sound.

The Child 18,997
The concept of ARTPOP could have made it the most creative but because it was badly executed and brought to life it just feels messy. So my votes goes to Born This Way, it's cohesive, sometimes aggressive, sometimes more calm, it's just a perfect cohesion of all sort of things that define our lives. TFM could have been too but it just feels forced, the songs don't have anything to do with each other and it feels like she just found the excuse "they all represent a fear" to make them cohesive but it doesn't work. ‘If religion be the cause of disunity, then irreligion is surely to be preferred.’ ‘Abdu’l-Bahá

I mean my fav Gaga album is The Fame but I voted for BTW. I get how the album is about fear in general but I fail to see how every song represents a different kind... its a bit of a reach. prince 4,688
BTW, the visuals and performances were creative but aside from that I feel it's the only album where the music itself was creative
gagu 1,928
BTW, the production, the lyrics, everything is on point and i never get bored listening to it. ARTPOP could have been the most creative though, but (I feel like) the idea behind it was greater than the result.. sorry ARTPOPpers "Jezus iz a biskweeeet!" If you didn't know already: 1. “Bad Romance”- Fear of Love 2. “Alejandro”- Fear of Sex 3. “Monster”- Fear of Attachment 4. “Speechless”- Fear of Death 5. “Dance In The Dark”- Fear of Self 6. “Telephone”- Fear of Suffocation 7. “So Happy I Could Die”- Fear of Addiction 8. “Teeth”- Fear of Truth For me, one of the most important aspects of creativity is having a well thought-out, cohesive concept and I feel like TFM did that best. Whether or not people buy it, her fears were the inspiration for the album and I think it was quite clever to designate a fear to each song. At the time of its release, it sounded very fresh, innovative, daring and avant-garde, especially compared to what was on the radio a year prior. I think lyrically it's just as creative as the rest of her music. Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet.
