Those peaks doesn't mean much, a few years ago streaming wasn't included so every new Gaga song peaked pretty high because she has a big following here. She's struggled with everything important since then: streams, touring, single sales, album sales, acclaim, etc. Everything immediately vaporized the moment she decided to think she can direct, choreograph, produce, edit and perform all of her work (she can't, clearly she's talentless as a director or anything but singing and performing).
