But I feel like it would have done exactly the same as it did as lead single and feel like MTN 2.0.
Poker 3,712
Diamond Heart instead of PI. Same look different music video, maybe keeping the idea of her running away to the desert. Joanne for second single. Continuation a la MR but this time she is upset because she is remembering Joanne's death instead of having to film an ad. A-yo for the superbowl. HERE WE GOOO. Music video full of country vibes. Huge party, gaga is happy for once. short lived Million Reasons era Dancin in Circles for summer. John Wayne promo for tour. Maybe Hey Girl/Grigio Girls double feature. No promo singles as they always **** up her eras. Kindness rules all.

He8MyHeart 9,765
1. Diamond Heart. It wouldn't have been as 'shocking' a transition from her previous work. It would've had more radio play than PI. Plus, it's my favourite from the album. I love the 1, 5, 10 part. 2. John Wayne 3. Come to Mama 4. A-yo
Aqua Mars 292
1. Would have released A-YO first, as an isolated single later to be included in the album, mostly à la Rise. 2. When the era really begins, Diamond Heart showing the new "raw" yet still glam Gaga with a good amount of autobiography to go along with the overall vibes of the album. 3. John Wayne as third single to keep the hype up high, good performance material for award shows, good visual concept for the Super Bowl. 4. Either MR/Joanne with backstage outtakes and footage from the first shows of the tour. 5. *Disillusioned fan mode* Eventual fifth single for repackage/new Joanne EP first performed live at the tour, then released with MV. NIghtmareElm 2,606
First single: Dancing In Circles. Debut it at the VMA's. A crazy and controversial performance. Lots of sexual imagery. Hooker style outfit. Release it the same night. The following day, release the music video directed by Terry. Perform it on Ellen and SNL. Second single: Diamond Heart. Release the music video on the same day as she performs it on VS. Perform it on The Today Show. Third Single: Hey Girl. Perform it mid way through the Super Bowl Show. The following day, release the music video. It will be in the final chapter in the Paparazzi trilogy. Perform it at the Grammy's. Fourth Single: Perfect Illusion. Perform it on Jimmy Kimmel. Please the music video with Taylor in the video. So it can be controversial. Release an EP with those RedOne songs around August.
Gonzi 2,800
1. Diamond Heart - I believe it's the perfect era opener. I'm not sure if it would have been succesful single at all because it's still too rock-ish kinda for the general public to eat up easily but it is a great song and the fans/gaga herself LOVE it so I guess we would have done a better job pushing it to be a hit (instead of letting it die like PI ) 2. A-YO - A pretty safe bet. This is Joanne's catchiest song and most radio friendly sound; it could have easily been Gaga's Just Dance 2.0. Not her biggest hit but you know, a Gaga classic. It would also make people pay attention to the new sound she's giving us in Joanne. 3. Dancin' in Circles - I know so many people here think it's overrated but this is the most liked song off Joanne among other fanbases. So it does have a lot of hit potential. It also brings you back to the Gaga everyone talked about years ago. A controversial video for it is a MUST. 4. Million Reasons - The perfect end for the era in my opinion. This would win the hearts of the people who were turned off by the previous singles. Released right before the tour starts so general public run to buy them tickets. Spoiler actually I wish she didn't care about singles this era and just focused on promoting the album performing a different song every time like she said she would it would have been so special.
