Impostor 4,114 Posted December 18, 2016 Share Posted December 18, 2016 Joanne is a good album, because it shows a lot of emotions, which contrasts with the other pop works nowadays (that are very shallow). If you look at the charts right now, you're going to see lots of stupid songs with stupid lyrics and bad vocals. And then you look at what Gaga is doing, and you love that, because it's real. But that is actually the only point that still separates Lady Gaga from the other pop artists, because she has lost her other special factors: theatrics, intricate visuals, shock value and electronic dance music. She is not doing most of the things she used to do, and as fans we question ourselves if she is still the same artist who made Born This Way. So, we are forced to choose between two different ways: like Joanne, because she still cares for real music and showing her emotions, or dislike Joanne, because it lacks most of her career features (that we loved so desperately).
