All I could think of was that it referred to how a vibrator looks or something. Then I saw the lyrics written down and saw that someone had interpreted it as a comma between the two words, in the style a lot of rappers use of spouting a single word connected to the metaphorical line they just said at the end. That would make more sense but everyone just says the line as one complete phrase. Ariana was actually asked in an interview: "What do you mean by d**k bicycle?" and her response was "[Laughs] I think you can work out what it means." And I'm like, "No, Ariana, I need specifics!" Honestly, I wondered if Nicki just wanted to include a line about a bicycle, even if it made no sense, just so she could follow it up with the better line of "If you wanna menage I got a tricycle."
