Some people are going to love it while others are going to dislike it, Just like every era. I love that she is letting her over the top persona take A back seat for once and just releasing good music with simple visuals what's wrong with that? She's not always going to appeal to everyone that's A given, But i'd rather her do what she wants then have to give up her artist integrity for A hit. Their lives are going to be very miserable and shallow if they continue believing these things are all that matters. It's not about number ones and popularity, it's about enjoying what we are doing and living our lives how we want to live them, not living them for other people or by how other people say we should live them. Gaga is doing what she wants and it's making her happy, if that doesn't make you happy, so what? Life isn't about doing what makes other people happy or doing things just to satisfy other people or to make money. Deal with it. Yet she never lost her essence. She changed her sound but the art was always there. High art always with all her albums. Why do we keep making excuses for Gaga? Bjork got divorced and she gave us Vulnacura, emotional raw and personal yet artistic. Gaga needs to wake up. I'm not compearing them, just using her as an example.
