Is Gaga becoming more religious?

honestly i don't know if it's a personal statement or just a thing she says to capture the country audience more. she said she's a christian this year, and in MR she literally being up close and personal with a cross??? lmao i never thought this day would come watching alejandro video in 2010. thought its an interesting topic to bring up.

and side question, are you down for her becoming a fully pledged christian and start advocating its values? (ofc it is her decision in the end but IF you could choose for her, are you?) :reductive:

She has always been religious. She is just becoming more expressive.

even in judas she said "Jesus is my virtue" :usrs:

im gay+atheist but I have no problem seeing Gaga believing in a god of her choice. Gaga is my faith she can find faith in a place she finds suitable

No.

Just like in Alejandro & Judas she used religious imagery to pass her message and since Christianity is among the most popular religions, she used the cross as a way to represent what gave her the strength to keep on and not quit the show (her family).

The Surrealist

I support her beliefs. Her faith put her through a hard time. On the other side, she doesn't need to push her religous imagery down our throats.

I think she meant her religious belief helped her too.

Well her family is really religious so it's kind of logical to represent her family with the Christian cross. She has always used Christianity imagery anyway.

idk. in MR she used it in a very profound christian way though. not to mention the way it closes up to the cross before she puts it on her chest.

So when she did Alejandro & Judas music videos, you didn't feel like she was pushing down your throat her religious imagery? :oprah:

Her career, her music, her videos, her choices. :classy:

If you're not happy, you can leave. :bye:

She's an hypocrite. You can't pretend being the "queen" of LGBT's and belong to a religion that stigmatizes diversity.
