I legit have no will power when it comes to this thread.  Something about Gaga potentially getting another hit is so exciting that I just seem to need to track every single update. :rip:

But my finals are in less than a week and I've yet to start studying seriously. I'm gonna be banned leave till December 19th. Good bye y'all. Hopefully by then we'd have like 15M audience before the extreme radio freeze, AND A MUSIC VIDEO.

yea and I am certain Capital will at least playlist her soon. Although I feel like it might not be till after Xmas which is kinda crummy

I guess UK charts are more like the US now that streaming is included though. Songs rarely debut at number one anymore. I read a statistic the other day about how songs now climb in the UK and it blew my mind, considering maybe two or three years ago it was still the case that for big acts, the debut week typically was the peak position - for pre-album singles, of course.

So radio and general exposure can contribute a lot now that streaming is such a factor. It really is more of a growth. It's just a bit difficult that all the promo is coming at a time when there's literally nothing else to sustain the effects of it - no radio, small amount of streams, no video.

Just noticed that Super Bowl is not that far away. I think we are not ready for the slayage.

Like A-YO slayed me at VS Fashion Show, so imagine with her old hits

Yup. Well, also, she's in a tough spot because she wants to maximize her position in the US (which arguably would come in a week or two if radio does continue its slow pick up) but then not be too late for UK or Aus. We'll see
