OK I will stop intervening on both A-nal and Floppin' in circles because theres clearly a big disagreement over theses songs within this fanbase. This is my last post about them (on the chart thread  **).

A-yo:

- is bound to flop. Gaga did a wonderful performance and that's why people were curious and buying it. Looking at its itunes run after high-profile performances is not a sign of it being a hit. 

- Even if it shares some similarities with SIO, that fact alone says nothing at all about its hit potential.

- The song is cringey in my opinion.

DIC:

- the verses are interesting, very Gaga typical melody/voice, but the chorus is weak af and destroys any momentum she created during the verses. 

- I dont get why people say its trendy. It a little more upbeat, but trendy? Thats a reach as big as the Army saying Glory is a commercial success. 

- It's completely out of line with the rest of the album and I dont feel like Gaga will want to release this. Its just not Joanne enough. 

 

I love Joanne as a whole but I think Gaga is in another mindset. MR was the wisest single choice ever made from her and it was obvious. I am of the opinion that Gaga will not release another single off Joanne, or, at least, not in a typical way like we are used to... If she release any of the above, i think they will both flop hard or, at best, underperform.
