Gaga said she and Mark wrote Joanne (Song) first at the end of last year and then based the rest of the album off of it. It seems highly unlikely, not to mention the lack of receipts unless I missed something BIG, that the album was completely different before Bowie's death. It's alright to speculate, but it's just not factually supported at this point Yes, but she was working with people before then and had been hyping LG5 before her work with Mark. While saying March was a little late, you will notice absolutely none of the collaborators Gaga worked with before Mark are on the album. gaga is not predictable, and trying to get a lowdown on her future is an impetulant thing to do, as, even most laid plans can be laid bare. Gaga could hit another shitstorm again. She may just lay low after everything. We don't know what she will do, and she has absolutely proved that to us. Tell the OP any different is silly as no one can predict the future. Hoping for more or less is not going to help anyone.

I see what you mean, but I would say that working with other collaborators and then switching to Mark doesn't guarantee that LG5 was/is a different album. Maybe her recordings with the others were uninspired, or she didn't have a cohesive concept about them, but we can never know if they were just one-off little recordings or "LG5" itself. I suppose there is not enough proof to know either way, but as much as I hope to have new music that she is happy with ASAP, I still can't bring myself to believe it's true. I've been stung one too many times Either way, Joanne is my favorite album, so I am not let down if things were in fact changed They / Them 🏳️🌈

And I've gathered the main projects coming up for her are C3C and A Star Is Born. How long do we think she'll spend on each of these ventures? And most importantly, how long do Gaga's mainstream albums take to produce? Is it realistic to have LG6 by 2018 as people have mentioned. Just wanted to be filled in, thanks. Why is it that quote unquote "mainstream" albums are so important to you and other fans? Why can't an equal amount of enjoyment, pleasure and looking forward to come with other projects she does? Why does everything have to be for mass consumption? Why does everything have to be accepted and loved by everyone to make you happy or satisfy you? Why can't as long as Gaga is happy with what she's doing be good enough for you? Spoiler PS, Live in the moment, forget about the future, celebrate what's going on now. That's a theme of Joanne. Go see A Star is Born

I kinda wonder sometimes what direction it was going in and if she is going to save that for future work or scrap it.

It's what I love her for, and so of course I'm going to hope she does more of it. That's not unreasonable is it?
