The announcement—made by his transition team to supporters and legislative staff, and obtained by Reuters—comes as thousands of military veterans descend on Standing Rock in a show of solidarity with the protesters. While Trump had been a vocal supporter of the Keystone XL oil pipeline—which President Obama rejected in November, 2015—this week marks the first time he has spoken publicly about the Dakota Access construction. He's the type of mosquito that knows when to be annoying, knows what to do (in a bad way) and you just can't swat them... There are few members on this site that probably drive electric cars and even some electric cars contain half gas and half electric fuel. Instead of giving money to countries who abuse women and kill them, kill LGBt members, and have little respect for all people, we need to do it ourselves! We need to employ Americans and stop giving billions to these foreign countries. I agree, we need fuel sources better for the environment. We don't live in a dream world. People aren't just going to switch to a better fuel source. Electric cars came out and look how many people drive them, basically nobody. So you think it is possible for EVERY single person to buy a new car and switch their fuel source. Electric Cars came out and have been barely bought. We don't live in this clean dream world. We should continue looking for better fuel sources but it is unrealistic to have this new fuel source for everyone.
