I guess the click track was off, so she couldn't keep tempo and got confused. As for her vocal delivery itself, yes, quite off at times and rather sharp. It's like she is always just a tiny bit too high or low, not hitting the notes as effortlessly as she usually does. It's hard to light a candle, easy to curse the dark instead. They do 2-3 runs and cut and paste it to make it 1 nice smooth performance for the best show, best close ups, interaction with the models etc. This was just one take we saw, chill a bit. Think about it: shes singing a "country" ballad with no instrument, on a catwalk, with girls walking around in their underwear. She made that feel authentic and there wasn't an ounce of awkward.
