Regarding the blatant stupidity you have for burqa/hijab/niqab (and the glaringly obvious evidence that you didn't even read my post on the history of religious wear in Islam) two of those are literally cultural wear while the other is a more abstract concept that is religiously motivated. Furthermore, you're gonna tell me what's accepted in a religion that I take part of? No one who is mentally sound and Muslim is stoning their ex spouse of someone cheated. Again you're using examples from countries where corrupt governments have exploited out of date texts, that are in the Quran and are not widely accepted by the newer modern followesnof Islam, to retain rule over the uneducated group of people who can't read/write/etc. Due to the lack of proper resources as what the status quo in Islam. I'm openly GAY to my Muslim parents and relatives who live in the Middle East, something that IS dangerous. But it's just one of the many examples of how there is a growing culture of Muslims who are trying to shy away from these culturally repressive efforts that so many corrupt government officials are pushing. Circumcision for example, is becoming less common globally as well as in the Muslim community. My cousins were not circumcised in Lebanon, something that would be unheard of in a oppressed society like Saudi Arabia. I'm happy that the Hijab is safe, it's very beautiful and I wish that even a non Muslim women would wear it..
