I bought my Deluxe copy on release day at Target for $13.99 so if the price is the same it would be $9.79 with the discount

I went to target this Sunday and I think it was $16 so I guess it should be around $12 with taxes.

Just tried to buy a deluxe copy at Target for Black Friday and it rang up $16.99, so I didn't get it. It wasn't worth doing a price check when there is a mass of people waiting to check out. Bummed it wasn't discounted though.

Black friday is today online, but tomorrow in stores ! maybe that's why!

You have to use the link above (the Cartwheel app) on your phone to generate a barcode which they scan for you, that takes off the 30%
