I remember when I first saw that long black dress with the hole in it back in 2011 that I didn't like it. But now compared to the other looks it's the best. I miss this Gaga.

The Billboard WOTY photoshoot truly served looks. It has a feel of Gaga's pop persona from her earlier years, but what is shown is ultimately a more mature form. It's that kind of look that says "I fell down hard, but I got back up, dusted myself off and now I'm more ready than ever to return to pop."

That huge white Chanel dress is one of my favorite things she's ever worn. It's a perfect example of her successfully bringing high fashion fantasy to events. Very few women could wear that, have reason to wear it, or pull it off.

She looked great in the 2015 pics too. Her bow was cute AF. That Billboard photoshoot was one of her best. The little cutouts of shiny foil on her eyes were a great touch.

I feel like she didn't seem like her usual self in 2012 and 2013. She was missing that zest behind the eyes and in her demeanor. On a more superficial note, her eyebrow shape in 2012 didn't go with her bone structure at all. It's like someone used an eyebrow stencil on her or something.
