By refusing to serve him, does that mean she withheld his drink? Because in the video, he clearly states he wants his money back (though, not badly enough before leaving the store in embarrassment). If so, that's dumb no matter what. You deny service, and as a result, they don't pay. 

As a Starbucks barista myself, I will refuse to call out "Trump" and simply read the drink order. No use satisfying these idiots.
