Μadonna's most hits are memorable. Work work work will be just a forgotten viral song in some years.

Queen of beating the top 10 with her first 11 singles and with 14 singles in just 7 years, 9 of them being top 5 :firega: That's an avarage of two top-10 hit singles a year and one top 5 hit :staymad:

Sharing a place with Nicki Minaj? :neyde:

at this point in her career, we should be happy she isn't any lower than the likes of Katy Perry, who has 5 (or 6 depending on how you look at it) #1s from the same album :madge:

These charts really are not relevant when comparing to artists from the 90's and earlier, as for most of the Hot 100 chart history, it was a requirement to have a physical single for sale in the shops.

Now, any album track is eligible for Hot 100 with digital downloads and streaming (so songs like "Dope" and "Hair" are counting towards Gaga's tally, when in reality, they never would have been eligible for artists like Madonna, Janet, etc... during their glory days).

Hair only peaked at #12 but they were both promotional sales so technically they were treated like traditional singles. Although I agree that Dope shouldn't count since it only reached #8 because of those messy YouTube awards stream :madge:
