Patella 534 Posted November 16, 2016 Share Posted November 16, 2016 No its not even Gaga said its not a concept album (as opposed to her previous records) in V Magazine, its just a record of songs in which she put whatever was on her mind at the time of writing (this was suggested to her by Ronson - written in Ronsons Rolling Stones interview).
