Can Gaga get a #1 song again?

Gaga is no longer fierce/fun, she doesn't make strong statements like b4. I also think she needs a firm manager someone that commands almost the same power as her, Bobby is fine but she is absolutely in charge, she needs someone that will say u must be here! But on the other hand she's probably not as strong as she used to be b4 and I know I can survive without a #1 as long as the music is good for me

Probably not, If her team keeps running everything with messy releases. If they ****ing do things right, Million Reasons could go Top 10 and even Top 5.

Dancin' In Circles has the potential for the #1, If she releases it before the Super Bowl and promote It there, just call Shakira and you have the #1 Gaga.

A-YO is an US Top 10 hit but well...:toofunny:

Honestly, no.

Gaga's peak came before the streaming era and before social media was at its peak. Gaga was the queen of YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc back in 2009-2011. But looking at her numbers these days compared to other videos is quite sad.

Born This Way was HUGE in 2011, the views were HUGE in 2011, but they haven't even cracked 200m yet, and in 2016 thats quite abysmal really :rip:

Gaga is essentially in an industry dominated by streaming figures, Spotify and Apple Music has artists like Drake and The Chainsmokers doing massive numbers meanwhile Gaga's streaming power lets her down immensely.

I'd like to see Gaga finding a comfortable place in the new streaming era, but as of right now, she's still an outsider in this new industry.

Time progressed and sadly she didn't. I mean if she threw herself onto a premade beat with a tropical trap hook with a featured rapper, she could begin to build foundation, but she's not that kind of artist.

From here on out we should probably focus on her album numbers tbh

PI debuted at #15

There are songs on Joanne that could go Top 10 and Top 5, the #1 Is not that important.

but the songs don't promote themselves :saladga:

I don't really think so. Gaga's work was designed to sell before - of course as a commentary on success/fame itself. Now she is just expressing herself the way she wants to. She would essentially just have to get lucky and hit a nerve without trying to get a #1 hit song again. That is, of course, if I'm right about her headspace now/in the future.

It's okay not to have a no.1 song imo,

cause many singers' biggest hits are not no.1 singles,

e.g. Bad Romance

 Chandelier

Anaconda

and tons of Avril Lavigne's hits couldn't make it to the top 40

while a lot of no.1 hits ain't even that hit, you can refer to Rihanna's no.1 singles list

exactly.. what i was saying is that people who are looking for number one hits can go stan beyonce or taylor swift because they're going to be achieving that.. i do not think gaga is going to sell herself out anymore for a number one.
