The Lafayette Police Department is no longer investigating the Louisiana victim's story after she told police that her story was not true.

"This entire story was fabricated; she admitted that to our detectives," Cpl. Karl Ratcliff, a spokesman for the Lafayette Police Department, told the New York Times.

It's terrible people are experiencing the hate but this quote is laughable. Religion breeds hatred and superiority. Each religion opposes the other and always has done so I'm sure they can "stomach the idea of another religion being attacked".
