CNN is terrible for results, they flub their percents to seem like they're "quicker" than other networks.

That's true, I guess. It's spread out over a large areas but it boils down to cities are typically democratic and rural areas are republican. It's like if cities like Amsterdam, Den Haag, and Utrecht and university towns like Leiden voted for Hillary and rural areas like Zeeland, Drenthe and Friesland all voted Trump. Just on a larger scale.

The interesting thing here is that it's not that simple. Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe would probably vote Democrat because they're traditionally very atheist and leftist. Amsterdam, the Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven and Nijmegen would go for Democrats but Rotterdam and cities surrounding it could go for Trump, as the leftists have been jumping ship to the far right here. Also interesting is that a lot of southeners in Noord-Brabant vote for very progressive parties, probably because they're traditionally catholics (atheist now like the rest of the country).

this is pretty much how it would probably turn out, blue = rightist and red = leftist here.

anyways. Florida stays exciting. A little more relieved.
