EVERY SINGLE legendary artist throughout history has voiced their political activism in and around their work. It'd be more accurate to say that whenever an artist like Gaga/Barbra/Cher endorses a candidate, THEY are the ones donating/paying the candidate - via their celebrity power (as well as cash donations, although as was with Oprah for Obama, cash donation is quite redundant when you're a huge star). Yes but it's not like Hilary Clinton is the next Jesus Christ. She seems to be really excited about her winning. I don't think she's getting money from them but eh, I don't know.
