Someone asked about how her hip was going and she said it's good, she has special exercises that hse needs to do etc and that Taylor loves her "new" hip (she had the cheekiest smile + laugh it was so cute) and that he wasn't so pleased when she couldn't do anything with it for a while (lol) and that when he first saw her wheelchair he was like "this is some heavy ****" I actually read somewhere that the artRave meet and greets were basically because of the Absolut Vodka sponsorship, so I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't do it again. A point on the money, some people can justify it, some people can't - everyone's different. I've been under some particular circumstances in the past, and still am, that affected my ability to be able to camp out and go to her hotel in the past - for me, the M&G gave me the guaranteed opportunity that I was gonna meet her which I needed bc once again, I couldn't go to her hotel much or stay back after the shows lol and she only came out for fans once out of the hotel in Sydney and I couldn't be there. In all honesty, I think the meet and greets are all sponsored because gaga so isn't the type of person to say "you have to spend X amount of money to meet me". You're essentially paying to spend time with her and that just isn't what gaga is about. It's not that she doesn't wanna do meet and greets. It's that she doesn't want people to spend X amount of dollars for her time. I personally think that if she had it her way, money wouldn't be involved. She knows that not all of her monsters have the financial means to be able to afford X amount for a meet and greet. I think she would do something like everybody sends her a number via social media and then she just randomly picks a bunch of numbers from the submissions if that makes sense I love you monsters. But you're right though - M&Gs were free for the BTWB, she just chose people from the audience. Which is good in a way because there were no strings attached, if she was sick or didn't want to meet fans, she simply didn't have to pick any. When she gently grabbed my hand at Dinah shore in 2009 during pokerface, it felt like she was saying "I've got you baby and I promise I'll never let you go". She wasn't mama monster yet but I already felt a deep connection with her. I've heard so many monsters say that she has the most captivating eyes. It's like they're looking into your soul when she looks at you. Lol I've heard that she gives the best hugs. A real true hug, not the half assed hugs people sometimes give u. The kind of hugs that make you feel safe and loved. The kind of hugs that say "I love you to the moon and back. I couldn't imagine my life without you" I love you monsters. Lol my daughter came with me to BTWB since she was only a few months old and still nursing. I bought her a pair of pink sparkly infant sized noise blocking headphones and I have to admit she was quite popular with her headphones lol. The monsters that were sitting next to me politely asked if they could hold her and I let them. Lol one of them was wearing a bright orange glow in the dark shirt and my daughter just stared at the monster who was wearing it like he was God lol. I love you monsters. But I did go to a Jazz event at the Wynn in Vegas in late December of last yr, where she was performing with Brian Newman. It was a much smaller place than an arena, so I got to see her up close! After one of the shows for the cheek to cheek tour in NYC I went to the side of Radio City and I saw all the band members including tony and her family members.
