JusKeepBreathin 19,311
Some songs weren't knocked out. They were moved to another chart because of Hot 100 chart rules. Hello would probably still be currently charting if not for the rule that moves a hit song like that to the recurrent chart. When a song is all the sudden "knocked out" and does not slide to the 60's 70's or lower, it hasn't been knocked out. It's been moved. I mean, how is it possible that a smash like Hello has dropped so badly from #36? Did, for example, the #99 charting song gain more points to stay in the chart than Hello, which was still benefiting from the fact that it was a smash? I feel confused about it. OT: Pretty good for everyone, but in terms of single success no one has literally smashed, the only exception was Taylor Swift with 1989. If Gaga manages to get a cute hit this era, she will be on par with the others and she will have nothing to envy from them. “Come over, when you’re sober”
