I believe it's normalized to a Metacritic scale. So I don't think 3.5/5 necessarily means a 70/100. http://www.metacritic.com/about-metascores

EDIT: I'm wrong. It ends up as 70/100 on metacritic, but is then normalized when factored into the average score.

It still means it's a 70 out of 100, it's just weighted differently depending on Rolling Stones average score
