Fantastic response.

Loving the balance between intelligent and classy and critical responses, and #ShadeKween.

As usual, Gaga just gets it! Classy and genuinely empathetic, I believe. Gaga should not feel too hurt - people like to lash out in grief... while it would have been ideal for him to try to interpret the performance in the respectful and honored way Gaga created it, it was his father, and it was not the ideal circumstance.

His opinion is more a reflection of the circumstance than anything else. She is tributing his father, when no one could have been closer or had a more genuine relationship with him than his son. While I can understand his bitter response, I do not think he was correct in his method of handling it. Of course, there is no need to judge this.

Gaga has moved on just fine, and hopefully has son has, too.

That's precisely what makes him an *sshole, sorry.

A lot of people I didn't like came to my dad's funeral, but they were there to say their last goodbye and honor him, so I didn't went to Twitter to be all "Great attendance at my dad's funeral, EXCEPT NOT #NoShadeJustTea" 💀. I mean, he acted like a spoiled little brat, when he's a grown *ss man.

His father was being HONORED at the Grammy's by one of the industry's biggest fans of his. If he disliked the performance, he could've expressed it in a million different ways without having to resort to an ATRLer's level twitter meltdown.

Is not about him disliking GaGa nor the performance, but about him being childish, immature, rude, and having no class.

Ok he is but the way he said it I'm sorry but it was a bit rude. Instead of saying I didn't enjoy it that much

"“I did my very best to put together something that I hoped would be the showstopper of the night"

That's such a reasonable answer. It almost could have worked, I wish she did just 2-3 songs instead of  7 because being choppy is what dragged her performance down. It really could have been great. Oh well at least her intentions were right.

He could've just said "I am honored and grateful for all the love and recognition that my father's legacy inspires; regarding the Grammys' tribute, although the artist chosen wouldn't have been my first pick, and I wasn't particularly fond on the final result, I do appreciate the passion that was put into it" #BYE,  honest response, but also respectful. But of course he couldn't afford having a grain of class about his father tribute :nails:

He is still a rich celebrity's son, he's entitled and disgusting, I don't care if his father was talented or influential, that man was rude, period.

She did an AMAZING JOB. The only people that hated it were asshole 40 year old straight men or those weirdo's that claim to be super fans and can only name one David Bowie song. Gaga's performance was A++. Anyone that didn't like it felt threatened because a female artist like Gaga is THAT diverse and THAT versatile. Had it been some make rocker from the 80s no1 would care.

Alot of Bowie fans hated it, dont be deluded.
