PS. I think just another day is one of the best Gaga songs ever. Can't stop listening to it!!

She's talked about the "theme" several times since she announced it was called "Joanne" and I guess that's confusing to me  

 

 

Yeah she did on one of her ten thousand radio interviews (I can't link it because I'm not going through all of those ).

But yeah, the only thing she keeps saying is that it is "autobiographical" but she said it is not a concept album and that's when monsters went into meltdown thinking that she'd never make a concept album again.

I was way too busy withlife to ever listen to any of those radio interviews (other than the very first one)

It's a lovely album, It easily beats ARTPOP for me (and i LOVE ARTPOP  ) and my gripes with it are very small. I feel like its very consistent, there are no super "low" tracks for me (Though Sinner's Prayer is my least fave  )

I suppose if I had to change something, I would remove the other girls' voices at the end of "Grigio Girls." Don't get me wrong. I love the idea of it, but Gaga's vocals kill me right there, and I just wanna hear her, y'know.

I'd utilise Florence more, a collab between them two has great potential but the result is pretty tepid. Either a powerful ballad or a big club banger.
