I'm shocked the standard version of the album isn't all the tracks up to Just Another Day and then any bonus editions just give you a separate disc with the worktapes or something. It's probably legit, Japanese albums normally get extra tracks because of their price. I'm pretty sure every Gaga release there has had extra tracks (The Fame had all 17 tracks, TFM got them and the 8 and then BTW and ARTPOP got extra remixes) so it would be weird if it was a lie.
