The BTWB was supposed to be filmed at one of the cancelled show, the artRAVE never was officially confirmed as DVD, and we got the stream, but yeah, I know the feeling, I'm not going to believe ANYTHING 'till I see it! Terry filmed so much footage of BTWB in europe and there were professional cameras at the paris and london shows. I'm convinced something shifty happened. I remember here in Brazil while walking inside the Stadium, there was this "paper" on the wall saying "This concert will be recorded [...]" and then there were cameras all around but it was for the side screens of the Stage. They kinda "can't" use this footage for the DVD (they can, but it's just not good) because the angles & stuff are not the best. Kinda what happened with madonna's Re-Invention; there's a doc about the tour, featuring even some performances, the whole show was recorded but the DVD was scrapped cuz the angles and stuff weren't good, mostly were close-ups and yeah... Spoiler I think the Terry material for the whole "DOC" back then was selected and then it was going to be part of DWUW video. If we think about the fact most of ARTPOP was Re-Done in 2013, it would be kinda annoying to have things from 2012 for 'em. Imagina having images of a Tour that was then cancelled + images of your project that was scrapped.... So the DWUW was kinda the answer: Short, music video, put everything needed... (Still dreaming with the Terry Footage of the BTWB in Sweden with the Power issue and Fashion of His Love acapella nnnnn) And tbh i'm not really excited for the idea of a DOC about the album now since it can be scrapped lmao...
