Just because she's not doing as much promo does not mean that she does not believe in this era. Also, what exactly do you want her to do? She personally does not book what promo she does, she may hint at what promo she may want but it is all up to her team to get her places Also, considering she's running on a lower budget this time around, I am not surprised by the lack of promo. However, I believe Gaga is more into the music she's made for Joanne than for ARTPOP. What you're talking about? ARTPOP had a lot of promo, VMA, AMA, Radio Interviews, SNL, The Voice, Graham Norton, Youtube Festival, and Factor X in UK, even a fracking muppets special on Xmass.
