Who I am on here isn't entirely indicative of who I am. I do have a fiery personality on here but I'm not an asshole otherwise. I assure you I have the maturity and commitment to maintain a relationship for what's about to be two years, I care deeply for my family and I'm even charitable to foundations both local and national. You don't seem to like me and may not even care, but there are a good number of members here who recognize me for more than shady comments, and seeing as you're new and haven't been able to witness the 5 years I've been active here, you likely wouldn't know. If you'd like to have a discussion on this, we can PM. But I don't feel like being petty at this hour.

No hour asks that you be petty. I think that 5 years on this site has taught you otherwise.

I think you're the one that's deluded, Gaga has literally openly contradicted your two main points.

"It is pretty obvious that Gaga simply makes the music the she feels like making" - She's said countless times in interviews at the end of eras there are songs and even albums she did not want to make. She's said The Fame Monster and ARTPOP are both rushed pieces of work, the latter being one she wasn't happy with. Just look at what happened before and during ARTPOP.

"She is not the type of artist that sticks to what is most successful, she is simply the type of artist that makes what feels right." - "ARTPOP is full of radio hits" - "ARTPOP is The Fame Monster's little sister"

----------------------

Is Gaga going to use the exact same synths and sound? No. I don't think anyone thinks that when they say they want her to make TFM pop music again... They just want her to take that high standard and make pop music to that standard again. It's deluded to think that a popstar with five pop albums and one jazz album won't make pop music again... I mean, come on.

You don't know. I hope she will make some some day very high quality dance music, like Kelis did it with Flesh Tone. And i love her deep husky voice on dance tracks.

And i want an classic dance anthem for summer like Rhythm Is A Dancer / Snap from Gaga, it's some very good electronic music and the voice and instrumental are just killer. ( But now i want and already love Joanne )

Perfect Illusion sounds like the new Bad Romance to me

She already confirmed they added some TFM hooks on Joanne. Mark Ronson tweeted about it and Gaga confirmed with a tweet

In terms of style/hooks, Gaga will always have TFM sounding hooks because that is Gaga's style. My OP is referring to the genre and structure of the songs.

That's the biggest lie I have read today. It nearly took 5 years for this sh*tshow of a site to appreciate that song.

Also I'd like to have further elaboration on Heavy Metal Lover being experimental. :duck: From what I know, that song was on trend auto-tuned EDM music when it came out.

There are many different types of EDM music. HML did not really sound like any one of the types on radio.

I frankly don't care if she makes another Fame Monster or not.  Of course, all Gaga fans love The Fame Monster, including myself. I'd rather have an artist EVOLVE though.  We already have The Fame Monster.  Why try to repeat it? I don't see the point in that. If there's one thing I don't want, it's for Gaga to keep trying to repeat Bad Romance.  Gaga is far from being a one-trick pony, and I'm glad she's been showcasing that more and more since ARTPOP.

In my opinion, I just want Gaga to release stuff that I'll like.  So far, she hasn't really let me down (even with ARTPOP, where I did enjoy the majority of the songs).  And based on the leaks, I think that Joanne is going to be my all-time favorite album of hers.  I'm a pretty happy fan right now. :)

1. She did not feel fully satisfied with her work because it was rushed. This does not mean that the general musical ideas and sound were not what she wanted to make.

2. Wanting to make hits does not means that she sticks to what has proven to be successful for her. She even said that she made songs that could be hits in Joanne, and yet nothing on is really sounding like anything on TF/TFM. Even ARTPOP did not really sound like TF/TFM other than it having dance music.

3. Joanne already has many hooks reminiscent of TF/TFM. So how come many are still complaining about wanting TF/TFM type music? If they don't want the exact type of synths, then why are they not accepting many of her post TF/TFM albums as something like TF/TFM?

Its possible. With Gaga you never know. For example, I remember thinking, what if Gaga collaborates with Infected Mushroom. Then months later Aura happened.

Well considering she appeared to approach the label with multiple ideas (music too, not just projects) to have them shot down, I disagree. She said she was not ready to make music during that period and she was forced to, so no, I really don't think the final product is what she wanted to make.

No, of course it doesn't but you're relying on history to back you up as if she hasn't rehashed Poker Face four times in hope of another hit.

Your last point doesn't really correlate to anything I said. We've heard two full songs from the album, one that doesn't really sound like anything Gaga has put out yet and one being a ballad? I have no idea where you're hearing these TFM hooks apart from the bridge in PI which is in the background.

Once again, not being fully satisfied does not mean that the general idea of ARTPOP is not what she wanted. She recently said that she was proud of ARTPOP and that sometimes she makes music that not many end up liking.

The "rehashed" Pokerface comes mostly from the fact that that is Gaga's main style so it feels like she is trying to replicate a certain sound. But she has proven to be able to have hits with songs that don't really sound like Pokerface.

And finally, I am guessing you haven't listened to the snippets yet. If you had you would notice many hooks and vocal styles that definitely resemble TF/TFM type music.
