Ehhhh....

His first wife said he raped her, a woman in 1997 filed a sexual assault suit against him, and he goes to trial this year (unless that's changed since the last time I checked) for holding a 13 year old girl as a sex slave with another notorious pedophile billionaire, Jeffrey Epstein.

Of course, accusations are accusations and that's exactly what's brought against Bill.

If you asked Trump before this election, he would've defended Bill too.

If this issue alone decided my vote, I'd give my vote to the woman that did her job as a public defense attorney and has an alleged rapist for a husband than an alleged rapist/pedophile.

But hey, that's just me.

There you go.

Obama's comments are irrelevant in this discussion though :interestinga:

That has nothing to do with your comment or my reply and makes zero sense. You threw out something you thought sounded legit, but it was the complete opposite.

No, Hillary should be independently investigated. The public evidence is overwhelming.

But maybe you've never heard of WikiLeaks.

No, Hillary could not "do something to avoid the case or undermine the case". She was a Public Defender and that was one of the cases she was given by the state judicial department. Public Defenders don't quit their job because they are given a guilty person to defend. That would mean that no one would be available to guarantee a fair trial for all. If a PD tries to throw a case, they will be disbarred and possibly charged with a crime. It is against the law and completely unethical to try and throw a case.

Now you have new information, so now you know how the judicial system works in the US.

If you still don't understand these basics of the US Justice System, try googling "Judicial System in the US" "The role of Public Defenders" "Why do the guilty get a trial", etc.

From what I know, Hilary was not a public defender, she was a lawyer that could choose her own cases. So if a public defender knows the truth about a rapist and have that evidence, they should hide that evidence? even if the evidence is infront of them to hand out to the judge? what about lying and accusing the other side of false things? is it allowed to falsely accuse a 11 year old girl of seeking older men and that she made alot of false rape claims before and that shes mentally unstable?

So she hide evidence and made it disappear and then accused the 11 year old girl of seeking older men then claim rape and called her mentally ill.. thats ok?

She has been investigated. Are you referring to her emails?

This was your original comment:

"Appointing a special prosecutor to investigate the alleged illegal and unethical acts of Ms Clinton is sound reasoning re the evidence made public."

This comes twenty four hours after Trump said he would do this. He does not have the power to appoint a special prosecutor.

What makes you so sure you can trust the authenticity of what they release? There's plenty of rumors that the documents are sometimes altered and even entirely faked. Besides, it's no secret that Julian Assange is an anarchist and an asshole. He sees Trump as the best option to cause some chaos and it's 100% believable that he'd do whatever he could, even if it was dishonest, to get him to win.

I would never trust a man that gets his kicks by outing gay people in places where homosexuality is punishable by death or exposing rape victims.

The judge on the case, kept a list of attorneys who would represent poor clients. Hillary was on that list and helped run a legal aid clinic at the time. The judge assigned the case to Hillary.

That is correct. That would be under Attorney-Client Privilege. Yes, that is allowed.

Trump may have talked vulgar in private, in a locker room but he has never raped or molested any woman. Bill Clinton has. He was also impeached for lying under oath (perjury) in front of a grand jury, and for obstructing justice.

It would be nice if these people where just as outraged at Trump's alleged sexual assaults and rapes.

But the judge couldnt not force her to take the case because shes a lawyer and not a public defender right? couldnt she not hide the evidence and did not attack and falsely accuse the girl? she can do that if she wanted specially when she knows the truth.
