They were asked what they admired in each other. Hillary avoided the question, refused to say anything positive about Donald himself and instead said she admired Trump's children. Then she spun it into self-promotion, "I'm a mother and a grandmother, children are important to me, bla bla bla BLA BLA BLA". When it was Donald's turn, he simply said he admired that "she's a fighter" and said it was a "very, very good trait". Classy. He's not a politician, he doesn't know what he's doing, and frankly, I don't see how anyone would think he'd make a great president. He has no political experience, and I don't care if you you like Hillary or not, but she has actual political experience. She has to win this presidency. She knows what she's doing, whether you agree with it or not. And, besides, she also has progressive policies, especially when it comes to looking at society and social reform. Why take steps back when it comes to something like that that people have been fighting for for years?? And please, Donald Trump kept squandering Hillary on "Oh, you were a senator for, why didn't you do this?!". Like, it's basic politics, Donald. Hillary is 1 out of 100 senators, she can't do everything on her own. She can argue and support her cases and what she wants to do, but she can't singled-handedly do anything in the Senate. Even then, as Hillary said, if something passes within the Senate and the House, the President still needs to approve of it. Being Secretary of State is a different thing, but you cannot squander her position as a senator because I'm sure she fought for what she wanted, but the Senate needs to agree and it also needs to get passed through the House and go to the President. Even then, Bush was president so really any progressive bills were not likely to get passed anyway. Even if she is corrupt, you need to be fudgin smart to pull off the things people say shes done, i want a good brain like that in the white house, not one that cant make sentences that make sense and that will give the people "good economics" Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

That has nothing to do with what they're going to do as President of the United States. Okay, Hillary avoided the question about saying nice things about her opponent, but Donald Trump avoided essentially every question and in some of them, turned them on Hillary. I mean, his question about his leaked audio? If you're going to bring up people dodging questions, let's talk about that one. He brought up ISIS, how on Earth does that have anything to do with his disgusting, leaked audio file? When Donald Trump admired her for being a "fighter" and saying that she was a "hard-worker", you do realize that he, in that moment, completely negated one of his arguments about Hillary? He said time and time again during this debate and the first one that "she's done nothing in the Senate", that if she wanted things done why didn't she "do them earlier".
