(i did a quick calculation on the 70k account he would have to tweet approximately 450 times a day to get that number of tweets in such a short amount of time wtf lol) under normal circumstances if it was just some cute monster that really likes twitter and gaga this would be fine and only mildly concerning but considering the things he tweets @ gaga and how obsessive and vulgar he is... i don't see the point in blocking his accounts because then he's totally off the radar... what do we even do in a situation like this? i feel like the best thing is to let the local police know about him and attempt to contact gaga's team.
