I actually hear some Kasey Chambers in her new music (Although I doubt Gaga would know her, she is pretty local to Australia as far as I know)

It really takes me back to when I was a kid on a long car ride just belting out these old classics with my Mum. It's very nostalgic and really just cool

Ah, Fleetwood Mac is just...I can't. Rumors is one of the greatest albums of all time, and it will never not hit me when I listen to it. I think that nostalgia is a main theme, like time travel, of this era. Transporting us to a time closer to where her sadness it more easily felt and heard in the music of those moments. It must say something that these songs are already stuck in my head, the way those instant classic always have been.

The theme of all this is almost too sweet to talk about, that she is reliving these things with her father as she tells us the story in a way that we all can understand. There are few more profound artistic achievements than that.

And btw, WE did not decide who lady gaga was. She was very clear from the get go who she was and she created herself and her image.  (my name is lady gaga and this is my haus teas)

Yall complain there is no performance art and then complain about the performance art we're given. It's subtle in the way of its not her in a big costume on a big stage with a big light show and glossy production. She's taking what we know of her a turning it inside out. I'm sorry you think it's corny, but don't say she's lost her performance art. And btw you guys have decided the Lady Gaga she was is the only version you care about. She's an artist, let her grow and experiment. Long ago she created what Lady Gaga was and now she's simply recreating who she is now. "When people think they know Lady Gaga, I want to remind them they don't." From Gaga's mouth. Don't put her in a box. She'll never fit.

Are you kidding me? Did you see the dive bar show? That IS performance art... You think she just woke up and decided to act like a weary old cowboy all of a sudden? This is a very well thought out character she's playing. I can't with some of you.
