Is "I'm my father's daughter" the new "halfway between reality and fantasy"

Those that were around the BTW era will know. Is it the new catchphrase?

By the way, her interviews during the ARTPOP era were unbearable, but this time they are very interesting and informative. She's rly matured as an artist.

ARTPOP's meaning can be summarised in one sentence:

'Ι've been my father's daughter with Tony Bennett since I was 13.'

Yeah, its also up there with "reverse Warholian Expedition" and "Ive been singing jazz since I was 13"

Sometimes it feels like I've got a war in my mind, I wanna get off but I keep riding the ride

It's certainly the new "i'm putting art in the front" or whatever line she peddled during her ARTPOP campaign :P

She always has a go-to mantra at the start of the era. I'm loving the concise messaging this time and it's refreshing to see her operate outside of a contrived concept or theme.

No. She's completely dropped everything about "Lady Gaga" post ARTPOP. She's a completely different person and artist now. Let's all adapt instead of holding on to the past.

No. She's changed a lot, but not completely.

Sure, not completely. But she's changed drastically since 2013.
