Usually it's 6 or 7 songs, sometimes 8 if a mashup or a snippet is performed, and among these songs, all of them have to be massive hits that everybody knows about, except one or two songs that may be here for promotion (Coldplay with AOAL, Beyoncé with Formation, Madonna with GMAYL ...). And, on top of that, in these slots, a guest song or two usually has to fit. This being said, the setlist will look like (not in that order) : * Just Dance (very likely) * Poker Face (100% sure) * Bad Romance (100% sure) * Telephone and/or Alejandro * Born This Way or The Edge Of Glory or You and I * Applause (Or maybe nothing from ARTPOP) * A Joanne Song (Perfect Illusion or the future single she'll be promoting) Taking into consideration what I've just pointed out, a hit or two will be snubbed anyway (Just Dance ? Alejandro ? TEOG ? BTW ? Applause ?). Add to that the guest songs, and she may have to keep only one song from each era, this is how the setlist would turn out : Poker Face/Bad Romance/Born This Way/Applause/Perfect Illusion. Something tells me she's gonna sing Born This Way on the piano as well.
