So... What's Stopping Gaga from re-releasing her 2008-9 videos in FHD?

Like... I know ALL her videos were shot with a 1080p video camera. We have LoveGame in FHD (a miracle, bless you TIDAL), and snippets of BDR in 1080p for a TV ad (her like first or second video), so what I need to know is, what is taking so long? Bad Romance is the greatest music video of the last decade, doesn't it deserve it's HD release now? You guys, seeing LoveGame in FHD for the first time was like seeing a whole new video, so this is something everyone can benefit from. How do I start a petition?

Certain videos shot with certain outdated tools can't be re-released at a higher quality unless completely remade, I believe

The video is meant to seem futuristic, but the LQ version on youtube completely ruins that aspect
