I'm not saying it is. What I'm saying is that it is widely considered to be the greatest pop album ever, even if you don't personally think so, and the point of saying that is to acknowledge the fact that it only has 9 tracks. That's only one track longer than TFM, and your initial post said that it was too short to be. I only quoted to point that out. The length isn't a determining factor when answering the OP's question. It's about the quality.

Yes, TFM made huge impact on every pop girl and changed pop scene in 1st decade of 2000. When I hear these new releases I can say 2nd decade too.

I don't think it is the best album of ALL TIME, but it is the best album of the last decade.... but it is one of the most iconic albums of all time, no doubt

Yes it's the best pop album in the last 15 - 20 years. No other pop star has topped it since it's release. A magnum opus in the pop sphere for sure. Thought provoking yet non contrived lyrics, game changing visuals, a concept that is pretty much fresh and new, an era that is the biggest pop peak since britneys oops and self title era in 2000 and 2001, untouchable music videos and a tour that truly felt like the best party you ever went to.
